Swiss-born, mixed-media artist Romanowski utilizes found objects, collage, stencil work, and painting. He has shown his works internationally (Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seattle, Los Angeles, Zurich) since 1998. His vision involves taking discarded things that others find useless and unattractive and transforming them into objects of beauty. He cites nature, music and recycling as his main artistic influences.

Romanowski is also a DJ, recording artist and music producer with 6 CD releases and 10 mix tape CD releases. In 2007 he started his own independent music label, Trouser Trout. He has toured internationally and extensively.

2007 also saw the launch of the GANJ1 Romanowski Limited Edition Shirt Line. The artist transforms plain shirts into hand-painted, one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art.
